Protecting our natural resources
Idaho is known for its great open spaces and wonderful natural resources. Preserving the natural ecosystem and protecting public access will be a top priority. Aaron will work to protect Idaho’s great outdoors to maintain the places that Idahoans know and love.
Protect public lands and investment in maintaining them
Work with state and federal departments to prevent and minimize fires before they start and mitigate the damage once they do
Support strong partnerships between the state of Idaho and the forest service, such as good neighbor authority
Work to prevent the damages of climate change - prolonged droughts, heavy floods, low agricultural yields, longer fire seasons, air quality issues - from damaging Idaho businesses and industry
Enforce clean air and water laws that are already on the books
